The Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (MPEP) is a manual produced by the Patent Office. It’s used both internally by examiners, and also by patent agents and attorneys. The purpose of the patent bar exam is to test your knowledge of the MPEP. Only some parts of the MPEP are within the official scope of the exam, and within those parts, only some of the material is actually tested. We have done extensive research to determine exactly which parts are tested. Our Exam Simulation Suite includes the MPEP in the same format and version that you will be presented with on the actual exam.
